Small Power Producers Fundamentals

Since 1978, utilities have been required to buy electricity from qualified small, independent power producers called "Qualifying Facilities," or "QFs." Over the past three years our QF contract capacity has increased thirty-fold and we look for more chances to work with producers of renewable or cogenerated electricity.
